Data Request

1. What you can request. A copy of the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where we are not required to keep it.

2. How to ask. Email privacy@rescuefacilitycare.com from your work address with the facility name and what you are requesting.

3. Verification. We verify requests through your facility contact of record before releasing or deleting anything.

4. Timing. We acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, or tell you why we need longer.

5. Limits. Work-order, invoice, and safety records may be retained where required by law or an open dispute.
