1. Commitment. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the public site and the clinic and field applications.

2. Measures. Semantic markup, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, sufficient contrast, and text alternatives for meaningful images.

3. Known limits. Some map and scheduling views are still being improved for screen-reader use.

4. Feedback. Report a barrier to accessibility@rescuefacilitycare.com. We respond within five business days and will provide the information another way while a fix is in progress.
