AI Disclosure

1. Where AI is used. Our assistant helps draft summaries, answer questions about your own work orders, and suggest routing or scheduling.

2. Human review. AI output is a draft. Pricing, approvals, dispatch decisions, and invoices are reviewed by people before they take effect.

3. Accuracy. AI can be wrong or incomplete. The work order and invoice records are the source of truth.

4. Data. Assistant prompts include only records you already have access to. We do not use your data to train third-party public models.

5. Opt out. Ask dispatch to disable assistant features for your facility.
