Independent Operator Disclosure

1. Independent businesses. Work is performed by independent local operators and their technicians. They are not employees, agents, or partners of RFC.

2. Licensing and insurance. Operators must maintain the licenses and insurance required for their trade and market. RFC verifies documentation at onboarding and on renewal.

3. Control of work. Operators control how their work is performed and supply their own tools, vehicles, and crews.

4. Coordination only. RFC coordinates requests, scheduling, close-out records, and billing. RFC does not supervise the means and methods of the trade work.

5. Claims. Report a quality or damage issue to dispatch@rescuefacilitycare.com and we will coordinate with the operator and their insurer.
